Qermit is Quantinuum’s error mitigation software tool that works alongside TKET compiler and LAMBEQ natural language processing software as part of Quantinuum’s developer tools suite. Qermit provides error mitigation techniques to improve accuracy of quantum computations on noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices. The software implements various error mitigation strategies including zero-noise extrapolation, probabilistic error cancellation, and measurement error mitigation. Qermit integrates with TKET-compiled circuits to provide end-to-end error mitigation pipeline from circuit optimization to error-mitigated results. Designed to be hardware-agnostic, working with various quantum computing platforms. Helps researchers and developers achieve more accurate results from current quantum hardware by reducing impact of noise and errors.
