Registered in December 2021 with an office address in London's Blossom Yard, Algorithmiq UK Limited is the British subsidiary of Algorithmiq, which writes hybrid quantum-classical algorithms aimed mainly at chemistry and drug discovery. Its main UK project so far is ADOPT-TEM, an NQCC SparQ proof of concept it led with Rigetti UK and the NQCC, with the Financial Conduct Authority as an observer. The team adapted Algorithmiq's tensor error mitigation (TEM) method to run on a Rigetti quantum computer, aiming to make a hybrid fraud-detection model for digital payments more accurate, and tested the setup inside a hybrid quantum and HPC workflow on NQCC infrastructure.
