    Plural is a European venture firm co-founded by tech founders including Ian Hogarth, who chaired the UK government's AI Foundation Model Taskforce. Its quantum position is Phasecraft, the UK quantum algorithms company: Plural was one of three co-leads when Phasecraft raised a $34 million Series B in September 2025, with Playground Global and Novo Holdings' new Quantum Fund, money earmarked for Phasecraft's hardware-agnostic algorithm work, US growth and partnerships with Johnson Matthey, Oxford PV, the National Energy System Operator and BT.
