    London-based SECQAI designs secure hardware centred on a Trusted Platform Module with post-quantum cryptography accelerators, device attestation and an optional quantum random number generator. In November 2025 it taped out the SE01 'Q-Locked' TPM on TSMC's 22nm process, built on the CHERI v9 memory-safe architecture developed at the University of Cambridge and supporting the NIST FIPS 203, 204 and 205 algorithms. The firm also announced a hybrid quantum large language model in February 2025 and was one of ten innovators selected by NATO's DIANA.
