Infleqtion, formerly ColdQuanta, won its place through its UK company, listed in the competition as Cold Quanta UK. Infleqtion's parent company is in the United States. Its testbed, called SQALE, uses neutral atoms.
The NQCC reports that Infleqtion delivered a 100-qubit system to the centre, and a separate 256-qubit neutral-atom array demonstration.
