QuantoTrace, funded with £50,000 in 2023, is a cloud error-correction-as-a-service platform that uses machine learning to choose and tune codes such as surface, toric and quantum LDPC codes across different hardware. QuantoLiSense, a £40,000 study from January to March 2026, explored quantum-enhanced LiDAR for spotting cracks, corrosion and delamination in bridges, tunnels and railways.
